The farm belongs to a small family of four members: Oscar Linares, Roberto Murga and his wife Maira Esmeralda Gutierrez de Murga, his two daughters, Sarai and Rocio Maira Veronica.

The property is situated in a place called Patio de Bolas, Ataco department of Ahuachapan city.

Work on the farm is traditionally performed by local people, cultural practices that develop are coffee plantation managements, pruning coffee appreciatively, the shadow prunes so that the coffee plant can grow while maintaining a balanced ecosystem, foliar fertilizer applications are made, as well as soil application. Weeds were controlled manually, to control pests and diseases we use organic green label products.

We believe that the effort that has been made on the farm in the management of their coffee, good selection of ripe coffee has reflected the bean quality that owns the coffee region, our commitment is to continue working to maintain this quality and have the opportunity to participate in this event again.
