The farm Los Congos is located at 1,600 mosl in the mountains of San Fernando, Nueva Segovia, is a unique property in its topography and microclimate. Visit is an unforgettable experience for its impressive tilt; its brooks and wonderful view when it is climb 300 meters to view the highest coffee plantations.

The Farm History: 

Farm Los Congos is the property of the family since 1997 when it started planting nurseries in a variety of coffee not before grown in Nicaragua , the Pacamara variety. Due to the topography and the cold weather we have focused on growing this variety and have integrated very well into the area. We cultivated 30 Apples of coffee, the wet mill and the Ranch was one Apple, and the rest are cute pine from virgin mountains.

Family Generations: 

In our family there are four generations that have been devoted to coffee from my dad to my grandson.

What is your secret for winning the competition?

I do not consider it is a secret, just hard work, good quality control and good communication with workers.

How do you feel to have been a winner?

Very happy to see how much work and effort paid off.

It is a good opportunity to build relationships with buyers and become known internationally.
