Description
Sítio da Serra is located in the city of Carmo de Minas, in an area considered the last of the best coffees in Brazil, in the micro-region and terroir denominated Mantiqueira de Minas, Geographical Indication.
The farm is part of the “Sítio da Torre” familial group in Carmo de Minas, MG.
The coffees are harvested and taken to the drying patio twice a day where they are spread immediately because the coffees can achieve extraordinary quality when the post-harvest is properly handled. The great concern is with the quality of the coffees produced, always thinking about preserving the environment, as in a mountainous region, such as where Sítio da Serra is located, the conservation of ora, fauna, springs and forests makes people feel better about their endeavors.
