The Calderon Martínez Family began with its micro mill in 2013; it is located in Santa María de Dota-Tarrazú. Everything started with a dream of Mr. Omar Calderon who years ago had been thinking about starting his own coffee processing plant and motivated by his wife and four daughters decided to start.

Plantations are located at 1800 meters over sea level, and good management of their farms began the Mill called Granitos de Altura del Ortiz. Mr. Calderon, who already has over 20 years experience as a coffee grower, does the maintenance work of the farm, while his daughters work at the micro mill. We are happy and proud of our hard work and of producing such high quality coffee.
