Description
This farm was purchase three years ago and is located at 1750-2000 m.a.s.l. Its name is due to the strong winds that come from the Caribbean and slight rainfalls that occur on the farm. The harvesting is taking care by Panamanian natives in the months of January to April.
The Castillo Calderon family works in different positions in the mill and farm management.
This farm has beautiful scenery such as: mountains, waterfalls and creeks.
