NAME AND LOCATION OF THE FARM:
Farm El Volcancito, is located in El Zapatal to a maximum height of 1,300 mosl, has 20 Manzanas of land* to mountain and natural water sources, has precious woods as Canelo, Cedar and wild animal variety.
The farm has a baseball team form by the workers, which is called Los Angeles, they has won local tournaments.

TELL US THE FARM HISTORY:
Initially I had 2 Manzanas of land, after I was increasing the quantity up to 10. Currently count on 87 Manzanas of land, of which 65 are cultivated with coffee and the rest are mountains. I have 25 years of being the owner. The coffee varieties that grown are Catimor and Caturra, our average production is 1,300 QQ of green coffee and also bananas are grown on the farm.

FAMILY GENERATIONS:
The farm has belonged to my family for 25 years. Our family is made up of 12 people, all work on the farm and we split the tasks.

WHICH IS YOUR SECRET FOR WINNING THE COMPETITION?
Our secret is in the seed selection, care and like the transplantations have shade. We work with agrochemicals made by family members. We strive to take care of cutting and selection of our coffee.

Happy because it means our efforts on the farm have yielded results and that motivates us to continue working
