Farms El Ojo de Agua / San Antonio are located in the mountain spruce plows Mozonte, are diversified farms where coffee is the main crop also have strawberries, peaches and apples, and has a height of 1,700 m.o.s.l. which makes it very special the view is panoramic mountain.

TELL US THE FARM HISTORY:
I have five years of ownership; it has 15 manzanas of land which is fully productive 100 QQ green coffee, among varieties Maragogype, Catuaí and Caturra.

FAMILY GENERATIONS:
It is the third generation of 40 years, farm work involves my husband, one of my sons and me.

WHICH IS YOUR SECRET FOR WINNING THE COMPETITION?
It is one of the highest farms in Nicaragua , a good shade management, integrated management and varieties.

HOW DO YOU FEEL OF BEEN ONE OF THE WINNERS?
I have a great passion for coffee inherited from my father who in life wanted to be a winner from Cup of Excellence.

IN WHAT YOU WILL BE INVESTING PROFIT TO BE OBTAINED FROM ELECTRONIC AUCTION?
I´ll invest in my farm, to make it produce a minimum of 20 quintals per acre

HAVE YOU PARTICIPATED IN THE COMPETITION BEFORE? HAVE YOU WON PREVIOUSLY?
Last year the farm that I inherited my father also won fourth place represented by my brother Ali Francisco Herrera Rivera who this year is participating in Partnership with me.

The Cup of Excellence is a dream that every producer wants to win this contest not so much by income but by the prestige of the estate, the area, the region and become known internationally.
