Description
History of the farm
The farm belongs to the producer’s father, who began working with coffee in 2006 and did the first pruning in 2007.
Coffee processing system
After being picked, the coffee is hulled by 7 PM, remains in a box overnight and is taken to the patio and greenhouse the following day.
Concern about quality
The coffee is raked twice per day.
