From childhood I participated in the activity together with my father. We did it in a traditional way: the harvest at the end was sold to the cooperative of the zone. After his death in 2001 the farms were divided between the brothers and I continued producing in the same way by some more years.

Eight years ago I took the decision to change and I started with the micro-mill. My family is made up by my wife and my two children, they are very young to be linked in the activity because they attend school. The coffee collection is in charge of third parties and we dedicate ourselves more to the works of the mill.
