The name refers to its high altitude, between 1675 and 1800 meters above sea level, during the rainy season it´s a cloudy farm, this is why it is named “The Clouds” (Las Nubes).

It´s Bourbón variety with a black honey process. Its coloration is dark because the first days of drying the temperature was quite low and then the coffee stayed in beds outdoors for 26 days.

During the year, we work in nutrition and in preventive agronomic management for healthy plantations.

We proudly have been working in a socially responsible project with our coffee pickers, because we recognize that a very important part of quality comes from their excellent job during the harvest. For our family, quality is the result of passion and love for our coffee family tradition.
