Finca Doña Ileana is a 5-hectare property located in the canton of Zarcero of the province of Alajuela. This farm responds to a familiar legacy.

The climate in the region, characterized by strong winds and low temperatures, has created the perfect cradle to its slow but fruitful development. Its owners, Mrs. Ileana Rojas and her spouse direct the actual Project. Located next to Los Anonos coffee plantation, both farms are focused on the same goals: the delicate growing of certified organic high land coffee and excellent quality.

These two proprieties have belonged to the family for a long time and they still preserve “creole” coffee plants with more than 60 years that were planted by the great grandfather Mr. Honorio.

The grandfather, “Felo”, developed the style of crop that is practiced today, 20 years ago.
