The father of the producer acquires the land in the year 1990. At that time the farm counted on 0.5 hectares of coffee cultivation of the Typical varieties and caturra.

In 1997 it was possible to install the entire surface, retaining the same varieties. At present they have an area of 7 hectares of which 4 have coffee production. The farm is located at a height of 1850 m.s.n.m.

and has a mountain.

At the present time it is being possible to produce between 80 and 100 qq in the 4 hectares.
