A small plot (1 hectare), located in Santa María de Dota, San José, Costa Rica. Las Nubes Farm is located at 2000 m.a.s.l, it is a new plantation (5 years old), planted with the Typica Mejorado variety. It is a broken and drained ground because the land has many rocks. The coffee is collected in summer with the help of Panamanians; only the ripe cherries are collected and sun dried in African beds in greenhouses at 2100 meters above sea level.
