HE STARED WITH A INHERITED LAND OF 1 HECTARE OF LAND, WHICH HE CULTIVATED WITH COFFEE IN THE YEAR 2012, THEN I PURCHASE MORE LAND AND IT WAS CULTIVATING, UNTIL TO ARRIVE TO THE 1.05 HECTARES CULTIVATED OF COFFEE.

SELECTION OF THE CHERRY IN ITS OPTIMUM MATURATION, SECOND CUTTING HONEY PROCESS.
 
What have you done to improve the quality of your coffee?
Cut: optimal cutting point
Wet mill: Honey process
Drying process: Slow dry process with solar energy
