Description

Coffee producer for more than 50 years, first in his family. Campo Elias discovered 10 years ago that he could improve the quality of his coffee thanks to some trainings regarding picking, depulping and fermentation. What motivates him the most to produce special coffees is the better price he started to get from changing the processing methods. Campo Elias explains that one of the biggest challenges has been the picking phase, this is to him the most important part and the one that brings together with the other phases a good cup profile. This is the first time he participates in Cup of Excellence after having tried in other contests and haven’t succeeded.
