Description
Mauricio has been coffee producer for 15 years and cupper for 5 years. He explains that this has allowed him to be informed about the product, meet the buyers and contribute to the local economy. This is the second time he participates in COE, this time his efforts in processing his coffee had the intention to bring his coffee to the auction. One of the biggest challenges of producing high quality coffees is creating awareness among the coffee pickers to pick better coffee.
