Arley has been working in coffee for 15 years. 11 years ago he started a small lot of coffee with 300 trees, when realizing that this could be a profitable business, he expanded the area and grew more coffee. Today, coffee is the main crop, he grows caturra and gesha at his farm and other products with shorter cycles. His wife and two children help him in the daily tasks and since he grows specialty coffees he says that he has changed the infrastructure of the farm, improved the organization and innocuity of every process. Arley wants to grow more varieties that could allow him to position his farm in the market.
