El Paraíso - Costa Rica 2019 Verified listing

El Paraíso is a farm located in Santa María de Dota in the production area of ​​Tarrazú located at 1900 meters above sea level. The farm was acquired by Omar Calderón in 2014 and planted only with exotic varieties, giving it a different management than the rest of our farms, is its fourth year of production so the plants are at their maximum growth point.

This farm has an extension of 8 ha, in which you can find Geisha, F1 and Villalobos varieties. Each of them is collected and selected separately, and when brought to the micro mill they are milled separately, dried in African beds by around 15-18 days.
