Description

The coffee farm is the heritance of Nely´s father and family tradition, to keep the quality all the years they made the coffee cupping and analyze the quality by the Aruco Enterprise. She named it Las Gemelas, due to her 11-year-old twins, Natalia Isabel and Tamara Isabel.

For many years Nelys family grew yellow catuai, but this year Nely’s yellow catuai lots were in renovation. Instead she participated with a red catuai lot she had on reserve. Her family always bet on the washed process, but this year she decided to innovate and try a natural process for the competition. She had two experiments, one was to let rest 72 hours before drying, the other was resting the coffee for 90 hours before drying. She decided to use the 72 hours, which gave her great results.
