Don Miguel is a hardworking man that likes to bet on quality. After viewing a CNN news report on the Geisha variety, he decided to look for it in Panama. He makes sure all the controls are taken in order to produce the best quality, only selecting the best beans, slow fermentation and drying, to be sure to meet the quality expectations of his client.
His main goal is to win the Number One position of Cup of Excellence and to maintain the best standards of quality for his coffee.
