Description
Finca las Trincheras Municipality of Tlaltetela Veracruz with a total area of 100 Hectares, 40 hectares dedicated to coffee, of which its varieties are: Caturra, Garnica, Pacamara, Bourbon, Geisha, Aztec Gold, Sarchimor, with an altitude of 1340 meters above sea level. The trees that are planted in the farm are, chalahuite (Inga jinicuil) and huizache (Acacia oennatula). The coffee process is washed. I bought the farm in 1989 and I would have 10 hectares of coffee planted, and over the years I was planting different varieties of coffee, and each batch is identified. The rainy season goes from latest may and finishes until October. The harvest season stars in December and finishes in May.
