This farm was first planted with the variety Villa Sarchí, but was renovated slowly trying to give new life to the farm and to reach new and different markets for our coffee. 

The farm is fertilized 3 or 4 times (Complete formulas, 18-5-15 & nitromax),we clear the grown and its harvest manually always by the same families that come from Nicaragua. We have created a trusting relationship with these 25 pickers.

Don Dagoberto is the 3rd generation in charge of this farm, and all around yu can find farms form his brothers, the Aguileras, which they also have a micro mill with their nema. He clearly remember working with his father, Edgar Aguilera, the land and from him comes  the love for coffee. This year, Don Dagoberto, worked with La Eva Mill to process his coffee, where it was cared for with time, love and passion, to achieve the goal of being a finalist in Cup of Excellence.
