A small farm of Pacas, Pacamara, Gesha and Kenya of 7.5 hectares, located in the mountains of San Ignacio, Chalatenango with a height of 1,500 to 1,600 meters above sea level, I specialize in specialty coffees. For more than two decades, year after year we have tried to make the best coffees with the help of all my workers, who work hard throughout the year. Three years ago, Finca Don Jaime started a NO CONTAMINATION project, that is why we do not use water and our processes are natural and honey, giving it a special touch when drying in African beds under shade, prolonging the drying period and thus obtaining flavors more refined and are tasted in countries such as Japan, Scotland, the United States, Canada. So we also use organic fertilizers 50% and organic foliar made from molasses 50%.
