Montaña Helada is an annex to Finca El Morito located in Mataquescuintla, Jalapa. The farm is relatively new in coffee harvesting focusing on the production of special coffees. We concentrate on good agricultural practices such as: Manual control of weeds, water and grounds conservation, and the protection of native flora and fauna of the region.
