Its integration and social bond is supported by an important block of small and medium producers with a lot of dedication to care to ensure the good condition of coffee plantations as a basic pillar of quality.

The work with coffee destined for commercialization is done with great care in the different points of the production chain, being clear that this activity contributes economic income to many families that in different ways take care of it as permanent and temporary work.

The actions that contribute to the protection of the environment are considered as a key element, this being the fundamental base of support and guarantee of the actions related to the maintenance of a certification program against special healthy coffee markets.

As an example we can mention all the efforts carried out by the farm “El Encanto” where technologies and measures aimed at adapting crops are practiced to mitigate the effects of climate change at the level and in the transformation processes.

A coffee cultivation cultivated under agroforestry systems is practiced where 100 percent is cultivated under shade, thus favoring those conditions that favor and satisfy their own requirements, both climatic and environmental, resulting in adequate development and product quality that is obtained both physically and organoleptic.

The shade cultivation system combining trees of different species prioritizing the native ones, constitute an ideal habitat that conserves, protects and promotes the development of flora, fauna, soils and water in the understanding that this contributes to the conservation of the environment and human health.
