Description

Our father Javier Cordova Alberca is the head of our family, our family produces coffee since the year 1980 the high hills of ALTO PIURE, where we are originated from. We visited some relatives in Satipo during the year 2012 and got the fortune to explore one of the better coffee production centers of the region, this make us to take the decision of migrate to SELVA CENTRAL where we bought a land of 20 hectares cultivated with coffee. The beginning of a new story for our family in the populated center of JERUSALEN, VALLE SANTA CRUZ, district of RIO TAMBO, SATIPO, JUNIN with an altitude of 1700msl, we start to learn and train about specialty coffees, then start working with solar dryers, selective harvest, and planting varieties with good cupping profiles. By the year 2015 we start participating in the different competitions develop in the region, as the good results were adding we decided to participate in the CUP OF EXCELLENCE with the support of DEVIDA and through our association  ASOCIACION DE PRODUCTORES AGROPECURIOS  LOS PINOS.

We keep growing and now we own 30 hectares cultivated with coffees of different varieties such as TYPICA, CATUAI, CATURRA, GESHA, BOURBON, and CATIMOR, and we are working with different process obtaining NATURAL, HONEY and WASHED coffee, we also had the opportunity since the 2017 to export to THE NETHERLANDS, and SOUTH KOREA. Because of all this we do the effort of producing every time a better-quality coffee and better cupping scores.
