Description

My name is Jhonner Chinguel Morales, son of coffee farmers.

I have grown coffee since i was a child, coffees are something unique, something that does not have comparison. In the year 2015 mean while i was still in high school, i took the decisión of grown my first hectare of coffee, it was not that easy, it is a lot of suffering. But then everything it has big rewards, the year 2018 i started o recollect the first coffee cherries.

2020 has being a year that no one expected, a really different year, which complicated the production of coffee, but was not enough reason to not collect the coffee cherries. I Heard that this really important competition was going to take place to find the best coffees from Peru, so i decided to give my whole time to each Cherry that we collected. Love for coffee is unconditional.

To harvest quality coffee is necessary to have variety, weather, process, those are the requirements to obtain unique coffees.

In my case i only harvest the red cherries, leave  during sometime fermenting, wash it and the most important part is to let it dry to achieve at the end great results.

At the momento i am studying to become a cupper and also i am currently studying to become a lawyer.
