Description
The Alto de las Estrellas farm was acquired in 1990. When my father-in-law decided to give us my wife and
my one of its plots which was intended for livestock. In the year 2000 we planted coffee which
we drove in the traditional way until 2017 when we met the specialty coffee company
Colors of Nature which motivated us to improve our benefit processes and in turn the quality
of our coffees year after year and thus be able to participate in the cup of excellence contest.
