Los Cuadros farm was acquired in 1986 by Rosa Ines Rubio, a young coffee producer at that time, where she saw a promising future in coffee growing where she was able to help her children through the coffee growing business where today they work together and fight to sustain it and see in it a promising future for their third generations with the world of specialty coffees and the potential that the area has, They are implementing new techniques from an agronomic point of view that are environmentally friendly and innovating with fermentation techniques in the different processes in order to make the most of the potential that the zone possesses to develop unique and exquisite attributes that are developed with their fermentation methodologies.
