24 - El Mirador - Perù 2024

The "El Mirador" farm is in the Delo settlement, in the mountains of the Ocalli district. Initially a modest plot, it has grown over the years thanks to the effort and dedication of our family, as we cultivated and learned more about coffee. Starting with traditional varieties like Typica and Catimor, we later switched to planting Sarchi and Geisha after researching more market-accepted varieties and flavor profiles. This risky bet paid off, and today, not only has the quality improved, but we’ve also achieved better prices, allowing further investment in the farm and a more stable future for the family.
