For Mr. Saul the coffee is everything, he left his profession as a teacher to dedicate himself to the cafficulture.

Mr. Saul considers his coffee plants as his children, that's why he is always pending his care, fertilization, deshierum, pruning, pest control and diseases.

Mr. SAUL's coffee is of a natural process with which he has a selective harvest only mature grains, and has a fermentation of 14 hours aerobically and has a slow drying for 30 days.
