The "Temimil" farm is located at the top of the mountains in the municipality of Huitzilan de Serdán, Puebla. The name of the farm is of Nahuatl origin and means "mountain that shines", it has an area of ​​3 hectares, all planted with coffee variety Marsellesa at an average altitude of 1200 meters above sea level. We have our farm since 7 years to obtain high quality coffees, taking care of our selective cutting, wet benefit, fermentation and drying. The trees that give shade to our coffee plantation is orange, banana, loquat, pepper, chalaguite. The peak of our harvest are the months of January and February.
