27 Temimilzintan - Mexico 2021

The "Temimiltzintan" farm is located in the municipality of Huitzilan de Serdán Puebla, the name is of Nahuatl origin and means "At the foot of the hill that shines", it has an area of ​​5 hectares, all planted with coffee of the Marseille variety to an average altitude of 1100 meters above sea level. I and my brother Jerónimo have been producers for approximately 40 years thanks to the fact that our father was an excellent producer and he instilled in us the love of this exciting and noble work. The Temimiltzintan Estate was inherited from one of my sisters and because she was dedicated to other activities, she put it up for sale in 2015 and we decided to buy it , from that year on we began a process of improvement of the estate, achieving extraordinary results to date, both in quality and in production since we belong to an organization of coffee producers called, "Productores de café del Totonacapan", where we have the technical assistance of highly qualified agronomists who have contributed significantly to the development of the coffee grower in the region.
