28 Metlapoxteca, 87.3 - Mexico 2022, Cup of Excellence

This year is the first time I participate in COE Mexico. The farm Metlapoxteca belongs to my father since 15 years ago. Its is located in Metlapoxteca, Huatusco municipality in Veracruz State. My father and I are the ones that make the production and process of the coffee. The varietals we produce in the farm are Typica, Bourbon, Caturra, Colombia. The trees that give shade to our coffee plants are vainillo, guava, orange, banana. We produce several processes such as washed, honey and natural as the weather permits. The harvest peak is december and January.
