Izote derives from the Nahuatl word izotl, and is a greenish or creamy white flower produced by a wide variety of plants of the yucca genus, of the Agavaceae family. To honor the previous main activity of the farm, I named this way. The farm is located at a height of 1470 meters above sea level, Longitude (dec): -96.907222 Latitud (dec): 19.650278.
