Description
Located at 1200 meters above sea level in Alishan of Chiayi County, Melastoma Coffee Estate is named after a local flower that blooms all year round. Owner Pao-His Huang is a long-time tea farmer who applies his knowledge in tea cultivation and tea processing to growing and processing coffee. Huang actively participates in coffee competitions to check the quality of his crops, hoping his farm would one day earn the same international renown as the famous Zou Zhou Yuan.
