Description
Nestled in the cool mountains of Dipilto, at an altitude of 1,650 meters above sea level, lies Finca Los Suyates—a coffee origin defined by its high elevation, coniferous forests, and an unwavering commitment to quality. Out of its 123 manzanas of land, 40 are dedicated to coffee cultivation, while the rest is preserved as natural shade and wildlife, creating a privileged environment that brings complexity and elegance to every cup. My name is Leticia Milagro González Morazán, and I started this project 13 years ago with the conviction of producing coffees capable of representing Nicaragua's true potential to the world.
The excellence of Finca Los Suyates has been recognized in the prestigious Cup of Excellence competition, where it has participated for seven years, achieving outstanding positions: second, third, and tenth place. Two of these accolades were earned with the Parainema variety and one with Catuai, reflecting the meticulous craftsmanship behind every harvest. More than just coffee, Los Suyates offers an experience that combines tradition, altitude, and an absolute dedication to quality—becoming an origin that captivates those in search of exceptional and memorable cups.
