Finca "Un Regalo de Dios"

The type of soil that we find on the farm is characterized by being LoamySandy, and with abundant humus (Organic Matter), with excellent conditions for the production of coffee with rainfall of 1400 to 1600 mm per year. Finca Un Regalo de Dios currently has a total of 250 blocks of which 79.96 blocks are planted with coffee and 190 mz are from pine forest to the south side and broadleaf forest to the east and north, it was acquired seven years ago through Purchase .
We find a Biodiversity in the flora, very rich and abundant, predominating the species of foliated latí and conifers, some of these species such as cedar, laurel, sweetgum, avocado, white guaba, Encinos, pine, among others and also has a very varied fauna encountering species such as: deer, rabbits, pigeons, white-faced monkeys, toucans, sloths, skunks, wild cats, jars and piches. In this farm, an arduous and careful work is carried out every year in the production process, which begins from the preparation of the nurseries to the export of the coffee. The different tasks carried out in the agronomic management of the plantations are taken into consideration Protection and harmony with the environment, incorporating the pulp as organic compost, we also use biological traps to control Broca and also some applied products are of biological origin and low molecular weight. In this farm 7 types of varieties are grown and it is divided into lots to facilitate the activities of the farm and the traceability of operations, finding the following lots:
1-Lot La Peña. Variety: Yellow Catuai, Pacamara, Java
2-Lot EL Salvador Varieties: Pacamara, Red Catuai, Java, Catimor.
3- Friendship Lot: Variety: Red Catuai, Hybrid, Pacamara.
4-Lot The Doctor. Varieties: Catimore, Catuai Bourbon.
5- El Ganador Variety Lot: Maracaturra.
6- The Gift Lot: Varieties: Red Catuai, Maracaturra.
7- EL Aserradero Lot: Varieties: Catuai Rojo, Catimore, SL28.
All the coffee harvested at Finca Un Regalo de Dios is processed in the facilities of the Wet Mill located on the farm, where the Coffee Classification begins using Machinery to Classify the cherries with the Float Siphon, Pulper, Sorter Screen, Stacks Fermentation and Run Channel; Afterwards, it is sent to Dry Benefit duly Remitted with its corresponding Departure code. The coffee is Processed according to the Client's requirements, we strive to prepare what is requested to satisfy the preference of our Clients worldwide, we can mention: Washed, Honey and Natural Coffees. The coffee lots are transferred to Dry Processing facilities where parchment coffee or cherries are laid out in African beds; We use direct drying system in the sun and under shade, duly identified with their respective assigned renumbered Lotification Card that contains the corresponding information from the Farm.
