Description
The “Pedregal” farm is located on the slopes of the Huarcaccasa hill in the Lucuypata sector, the most distant and mountainous of the Incawasi district. Located at an altitude of 2240 meters above sea level, its ecosystem includes a humid and tropical climate conducive to the optimal development of the typica, geisha and bourbon varieties installed in its territory since 2005. It began installing the typica and catimor varieties and later dedicated itself to the high quality varieties like geishas.
Coffee cultivation began in 2005 on the “Pedregal” farm, where almost 35% of stones and minerals are what tones the concentration of sugars and amino acids in the coffee cherries. The geisha variety has 4 years of production of which approximately 10 qq is harvested for foreign markets with shade surrounded by alder, cherimoya, tara, lucuma with abundant organic matter compost production.
