Farm El Burío is located in San Francisco, León Cortés and purchase by our family in 2014. It sita at 1900 masl; cultivated using shade we give the farm the specific nutrition it needs every year in harmony with the enviorment. All these adds up when we have ideal climate and we harvest at the ripening peak. It is a San Roque, honey process, harvested in February. The sunlight the cover the farm hills and the winds that blow in the dry season, help these beans develop with the highest quality that makes us proud about the work we do every day with passion.
