Description
Coffee was first introduced to the Omkoi area in 1986, and the very first generation of coffee trees was planted that same year. The initiative was driven by extension officers from a United Nations (UN) project in collaboration with the Ministry of Interior, officially received by the district chief at the time.
Coffee from this region is truly distinctive for its exceptional flavor profile, featuring a well-balanced sweet and sour acidity accompanied by a delightful floral aroma.
