Description
Located in the beautiful mountains of Jutiapa, Guatemala, Los Manantiales was founded in 1997 by Adolfo Pivaral and later accompanied by his son, Ronald Pivaral, as the general manager.
Surrounded by diverse natural shade of avocado, pine, ingas and gravileas trees our farms span 32 hectars reaching altitudes from 1730 to 2000 meters above sea level. Our harvest season is from January to April with an average of 300 bags (69 kg) per harvest.
Los Manantiales is located in one of Guatemala's eight coffee regions, New Oriente, well known for its well balanced, full bodied chocolate notes.
We devote exceptional effort in traceability from the seed to the bean, because every single cherry has the potential to add value and contribute to our sustainability plan, helping our contributors to have a better life while providing the best possible cup
