Located in Shizhuo, Alishan at an altitude of 1,300 meters, Homestead Coffee is known for producing exceptional high-mountain coffee shaped by cool temperatures, heavy mist, and large diurnal temperature variations. These ideal conditions allow the cherries to ripen slowly, developing rich sweetness and refined acidity.
Owner Huang, Bo-Wei takes a hands-on approach, carefully managing every step—from soil care to selective harvesting—to ensure outstanding quality. His dedication and craftsmanship have earned the estate top honors at the 2025 Alishan Estate Coffee Elite Exchange Competition, including First Prize in the Washed Geisha category and Silver in the Other Geisha Process category.
