Semillero is a farm at the slopes of Volcan de Fuego. The outstanding cup profile of this coffee is due to the peculiar conditions of soil provided by the Volcano. The farm is organized in different varietal lots, resulting in a very diverse range of cupping notes. Gravilea is used as shade and strict farm agricultural management is implemented to assure sustainability and quality. The cherries are taken to Bella Vista for we and dry mill.
