Description
Belen is the name of my farm, and is located at the snow mountain slope CHOQUESAPRA, in the ANDES mountains, just by the river MAPILLO CHICO at 2280msl, the weather of the farm is ideal to grow coffee plants under shadow, this together with the rich organic components provides the best qualities for the development of our crops. The farm was part of a heritage from my parents. And we produce certified organic Bourbon for this we only use natural products and biotechnology 5M that is prepared by us under the advisory of the cooperative that accompanied us during all the harvest phase.
The activity of the farm was retaken by me 8 years ago with different varieties, such as TYPICA, BOURBON, and CATURRA, my parents were in charge of the farm before this and kept the farm cultivated under shadow and it is surrounded by different variety of trees that give nitrogen and organic components which enrich the coffee and increase the specialty characteristics it possess.
