Brisas del cielo - Honduras 2022 National Winner

I feel very pleased to be part of the National Winners program! It has been a lot and exhausting work, but at the same time, rewarding and challenging to prepare the coffees! I´m very proud of our progress, which involves also my family that has been there for me every time. Our farm is managed in the best possible manner in order to preserve our water resources, the adjacent forest and in general the surrounding flora and fauna. I´m also happy, because the region I represent – Comayagua – will be also known for the quality coffee, besides the historical legacy as former Honduras capital city.
