The variety of my coffee is Catimor 90. I´m participating in cup of excellence with a natural process. During the coffee harvest, we select the best coffee beans, during the drying process, we try to do the best and very carefully, so we can get a good coffee quality. In my farm, there are many factors that contribute with quality: the natural environment due the fact my farm is surrounded by forests also the land is very good to cultivate. I thank IHCAFE which has been very important providing support and advice on how to process the coffee in the best way. My experience has been very nice. I´m very hopeful of getting a better price. It is my desire as coffee producer to improve every day so that way I can help my family. I have a lot of expectations because this is my second time participating.
