Description

History of the farm
The producer began production at the farm in 1998 with 10 hectares. In 1999 he planted 3 hectares of coffee as well as an orchard. Since then, he has dedicated himself to the production of specialty coffees. In 2007 he placed first in the State of Bahia specialty coffee competition and in 2018 placed 3rd in the Cup of Excellence. Today he has 6 hectares of coffee which he cares for with his wife and children. His strength is producing natural coffees.

Coffee processing system
Selective picking. The coffee dries on African beds for an average of 15 days, is raked often and covered every night. When it reached 11.6% humidity, it was processed and screened for 16+ by hand and placed in plastic bags inside jute.

Concern about quality
Maintain humidity between 11 and 12%, store the coffee in high-quality bags and pick only ripe fruits.
