Description
I chose the coffee variety Pacas to participate at Cup of Excellence. It is a washed process. We try to do the best possible at harvest selecting only the red coffee cherries, to obtain the best quality for our buyers , so they know we are working properly with our farm. I consider my farm is different because I prepare the organic fertilizers. Also the climate and the location play an important role. I have participated twice in Cup of Excellence, I think it is a very nice experience. I´m grateful with IHCAFE and the technicias for their support. I wish I can get a good and fair price so I can mantain the farm and get always good coffee quality.
