The variety coffee is Typica, honey process. I select the ripe coffee cherry at his optimal peak. All the family join in the process, we take very good care of the coffee beans , so it will be of best quality. I feel very proud of my farm, because it is very special , we have worked very hard, as a family to keep it with “natural and living” barriers, with different fruit trees, such as lemons, peaches and others types. This environment make the coffee of best quality. This is the second time I participate at Cup of Excellence and thank God, I have a better rank this year. I would like to thank IHCAFE technicians, that visit us and with their support we can participate at COE and achieve this good position. I hope this year, have a better price and this way, with that income, help and support my family
